With the mornings getting colder and colder as the days fly by I am often tempted to go to the comforts of my local Starbucks and pick up some sort of Mocha-jocha-filled-with-GMO-latte-concoction to warm up before work. Thankfully, I avoid this temptation by preparing my cupboards in advance (fail to prepare, prepare to fail) with delicious herbal teas that warm my body and keep me happy all morning! There is nothing better than having a warm cup of tea with breakfast on a cold day. It is relaxing, comforting, and beneficial for our health. Here is a list of some of my favourite teas with their health benefits!

My go to tea in the morning is Green Tea due to its natural occurring caffeine that wakes me up in the morning. Green tea is rich in antioxidants which promotes healthy skin and eliminates free radicals from the body. It is also believed that green tea is powerful enough to prevent heart disease and cancer (with health benefits like that, you'd be crazy not to drink it!).
